Not legal, immigration, medical, or tax advice

Ask IMAG provides general information and links to public resources. It is not a law firm, clinic, or tax advisor, and using it does not create any professional relationship. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or out of date — always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional or the official source.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting of people by status or origin.
• No scams, fraudulent job posts, fake offers, or requests for payment to apply.
• No impersonation, spam, scraping, or attempts to break app security.
• No illegal content, or content you do not have the rights to share.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Community content, jobs, and video

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Ask IMAG a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app so it can be shown to other users. Job posts, offers, and community listings come from users and partners — we do not guarantee their accuracy, and you should verify before sharing personal information or money.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. Prices and features may change with notice. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Rewards and points

Points have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for direct cash. Redemption options depend on your country and are fulfilled by licensed partners. We may adjust or reverse points obtained through fraud, duplicate receipts, or abuse. See the rewards eligibility guidance for country-specific details.

Third-party services and links

The app links to government, nonprofit, and partner resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask IMAG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Ask IMAG at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or where required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and material updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
