Activation guide
IMAG Connect does not sell plans yet, so there are no orders to activate. This guide explains what the process looks like with any provider.
Step by step
1. Install while you still have internet
Most plans are installed by scanning a QR code or tapping a link. Do this on Wi-Fi before you leave, unless the provider says to wait until you arrive.
2. Label your lines
If your phone supports two lines, name them clearly — for example 'Home' and 'Travel' — so you know which one is sending texts and which one is using data.
3. Choose which line uses data
Set the travel line as your mobile data line, and turn data roaming off for your home line so it can't run up charges.
4. Confirm you're connected
After landing, wait a few minutes for the network to register. If nothing happens, toggle airplane mode, then restart the phone.
5. If it still doesn't work
Contact the provider that sold the plan — they are the provider of record for activation and billing. Keep your plan reference handy.
